That’s beyond awesome, and maybe a little bit intimidating. But I think I got this, and would love for you all to join in!
There are already a number of you pledging to match the time, which is great!
If you don’t think you can match it, that’s no biggie. Just do what you can! If you want to match the time but can’t do it all in one night (because you might actually have a life), that’s no biggie either, feel free to split it up as need be! There aren’t really any set rules here, I’m just hoping this challenge will help you get an extra workout in, help get you out of a funk, whatever! If you are one the few crazies awesome people who are willing to go all the way, then WooT! Just be safe, obviously, and know your limits!
Triple Header!
I’ll be doing my time this evening, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be doing it on the ARC Trainer. The both of us haven’t had a really good workout in a while, so I think we are overdo.
But….thanks to another set of challenges thrown out there by this guy…I will be repeating the workout (timewise anyway, maybe another actual workout) next week, AND, the week after.
I say bring it on! I’ll take whatever I can get!
