First off, Holy shit!

I needed help, and I wanted a challenge, and everyone was more than happy to oblige!

As of 5PM EST, there were 304 comments on the Awesome Workout Challenge post, which means the Awesome Workout Challenge time is:

That’s beyond awesome, and maybe a little bit intimidating.  But I think I got this, and would love for you all to join in!

There are already a number of you pledging to match the time, which is great! 

If you don’t think you can match it, that’s no biggie.  Just do what you can!  If you want to match the time but can’t do it all in one night (because you might actually have a life), that’s no biggie either, feel free to split it up as need be!  There aren’t really any set rules here, I’m just hoping this challenge will help you get an extra workout in, help get you out of a funk, whatever!  If you are one the few crazies awesome people who are willing to go all the way, then WooT!  Just be safe, obviously, and know your limits! :)

Triple Header!

I’ll be doing my time this evening, and I’m pretty sure I’ll be doing it on the ARC Trainer.  The both of us haven’t had a really good workout in a while, so I think we are overdo. 

But….thanks to another set of challenges thrown out there by this guy…I will be repeating the workout (timewise anyway, maybe another actual workout) next week, AND, the week after.

I say bring it on!  I’ll take whatever I can get!

I need your help.

It’s no secret that I have been struggling for a lllooonnnggg time, and my negative percentage in the Awesome By August Challenge shows that I’m really still not back in the gym.

My workouts have been spotty, my diet has been terrible, I’m quickly reverting back to the Old Me, and I want it to STOP.

And I know some other people have been struggling to…so how about a massive dose of inspiration, and a kick ass workout to go with it?

It’s challenge time!

I need you all to kick my ass, and all you have to do is leave a comment…or a hundred.  As proven with previous challenges, comment bombs are more than welcome here :-P

Every comment from now until 5pm EST will add 30 seconds to my workout today.  Multiple comments are a-ok :) .  Participants are MORE THAN WELCOME and STRONGLY ENCOURAGED!  You don’t have to do it all today, or at once (especially if it becomes SUPER HUGE), but do the best you can (and don’t go overboard, know your limits :-P ).

Update: 11:38am:  115 comments as I write this, and still about 5.5 hours to go! WooT!  Alex decided to up the ante on me as well…so whatever the time ends up being…I will be doubling it (for myself, at least) and doing it this week, AND next week.  BOOYAH!
