This is where I will chart my progress for the current week. For the next week, I will put my goal weight in italics and I’ll put the actual weight (for better or worse) beside it.

Week 0: 265 pounds
Week 1: 259 pounds!
Week 2: 259 pounds – no change..dammit!
Week 3: 255.2 pounds
Week 4: 253.4 pounds
Week 5: 252.o pounds
Week 6: 249.8 pounds (so close!)
Week 7: 247.6 pounds (so close…AGAIN!)
Week 8: 245.0 pounds (WooT!)

Week 10: 247.2 pounds ( :( )
Week 11: 241.6 pounds (WooT!)
Week 12: 245 pounds (Boo humbug!)

Week 17: 234.4 pounds (YAY!)

Week 22: No report-technical difficulties :-P
Week 23: 235.6 pounds (Heading in the wrong direction :( )

  2. Great chart! I don’t know if I’m that brave to see it all out there in such a logical format. I prefer the denial of my ticker factory happy little treasure with the moving X. It doesn’t scold me when it doesn’t move, but just sits there in 100% atta-boy mode. Yours is more tough-love/in-your-face stats. ROAR. Stop by da blog and say hi sometime.
