Weight gain since last week: 3.9 lbs

I said the other day that I was probably going to have a gain, and I was right.  Workouts aside, food wasn’t really on par, and in the end that is what once again screwed me up.  I had a few nights out with friends, a night at my moms (which is always trouble foodwise) and a Microbrewery Festival over the weekend.  I wasn’t really watching what I was doing, and it shows.

By my next weigh in on 11/12/10, I want to be at least 259lbs, and at that point I will be done with the 260s FOREVER…

…for real this time.

Weight loss since last week: -0.9 lbs

It’s not much, but I’ll take it. :)

Need to get some work done, so this is going to be a brief post.  Basically I wanted to check in and say that I’m alive, and that I’m still around :P

I need to workout more this week.  I worked 25.5 hours of overtime last week, and I got some schoolwork done, but exercising kind of fell to the wayside.  I need to work on that, otherwise I’m going to start inflating again. :/

Diet was meh, again.  No calorie counting this past week, but I did try to keep the portions in check, to an extent.

Well that’s something I haven’t seen in a long time….WEIGHT LOSS!

WooT!

Don’t want to get too excited, because I still have over 30 pounds to make for, but still, WooT, right? :)

I don’t understand why my body fat percentage went up though, but that could be the digital monitor.  If measurements are going to fluctuate like that week to week I may make body fat a monthly measurement only, because that will certainly cause from frustration.

I wish I could say I was 100% this past week and counted all of my calories, but I slacked off a bit over the weekend.  I still think I did okay meal wise, saboteurs bedamned.

Workout wise, things are going well.  I’ve been doing my Nerd Fitness strength training workouts and a fair amount of cardio.  No real running to speak of yet, but I’ll get back to that.

This week I’m going to try to focus more on tracking the food, because I think I could have had a better loss if I stuck with that the whole way through.
