I had avoided watching it for a few years because I thought it was a crappy ripoff of ER (RIP).  However, I had caught an episode every so often during the day, and I liked it. And lately there hasn’t been much on TV, so I started watching Season 6 because it was streaming on Netflix.  I have since borrowed Seasons 1-4 from the library, and have started watching Season 5 on Hulu, after which I will watch the episodes of this season so that I will be caught up when the new episodes start to air.

It’s a good show.  It can a little melodramatic at times, sure, but it’s a good show.  I don’t know if I’ll move onto Private Practice (the Grey’s Anatomy spinoff) though, because those characters seemed annoying on the backdoor pilot, but you never know.  If anything I might just watch it to piss my roommate off, who keeps whining about my watching Grey’s Anatomy constantly on Facebook. :D

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a TV show addiction.  A few months back I watched the entire series of The West Wing over the course of a couple weeks. I’ve also watched ALL of the older episodes of Ugly Betty, Brothers and Sisters, The Office, and 30 Rock to get caught up with both series.  And when Grey’s episodes haven’t been readily available, I’ve been watching Dexter on Netflix, so that might be the next addiction.

So there ya go. My name is Steve, and I am an addict…but I kinda like it ;)

What’re your favorite shows?

What up?

How is everyone doing?  Things be goin’ okay here :)

I hung out with my friend Heather over the weekend, and finished up my Christmas shopping…WooT for that!

Now I just have to wrap all the crap!

I’ve used up my overtime quota for the month, so I have a little bit of free time in evenings.  Good time to finish up some schoolwork I guess.

I’ve also decided to donate my car to the Maryland School for the Blind.  I don’t think its worth fixing and I don’t want to pay insurance for something I’m not using.  I also don’t feel comfortable trying to sell something that doesn’t run.  So I mailed the tags back, and once the MVA has them I’ll cancel insurance.  I’ve also filled out the form for donation, so I just need them to get in touch with for me a pickup.  WooT for tax deduction, I guess?

Christmas is THIS WEEK, which is kind of crazy.

And yeah…that’s all I got. :)
