I think the picture says it all.
I had a bad week. I didn’t track my points all that well, I didn’t workout, I ate out way too often, I didn’t watch what I ate, blah blah blah…
So I gained. And it was a fairly big gain too. Sure, some of it may be water, sodium, yadda yadda yadda, but in the end, it’s a gain.
I’d generally wimp out and not post at all, and maybe avoid the blog for a bit. But this time I’m going to take the half-wimp approach.
I’ll post, but I won’t admit to the numbers on here.
Obviously goal #1 is to get back to tracking EVERYTHING. Goal #2 is to get some workouts in. With the exception of this week, that’s where I’ve been struggling alot.
I’ve still got this.
I love the pic. Bad weeks happen – keep on pluggin

*sadface* Sorry you had a bad week.
Forget about the workouts, your diet is way more important. Put all your efforts into eating better and don’t worry about the gym – I don’t think I exercised in the first 6 months of my loss.
Make small changes. If tracking is too hard right now, what about trying to cut out everything that is blatantly bad for you?

Like Professor Peabody says to Sherman in the Bullwinkle show “We must go back to the drawing board”! Give yourself a few slapstick comical slaps on the face. Turn around in a circle. Jump up and down and cawk like a crow. Breath in breath out. Say” nananananana” in a musical tone. Do the Curley Joe…and it will be all better. Or maybe not…lol

Hi! I just stumbled on your blog today!
I am sorry that you had a bad week but you can do it! I know how it feels, though. As much as you know it may not be as big a gain as the scale says, the scale still says the same thing. As much as you try and tell yourself that it’s sodium or that you can’t possibly have eaten enough calories to have gained THAT many pounds, the scale still says that number and it’s disheartening. I hope that next week is better for you!
