		<description>Glad to see you back in action Steve-o! Looks like you&#039;ve got a good plan for your marathon. I&#039;m in full training mode for my 1/2 marathon next month, which I&#039;m pretty excited about. I&#039;ve been in a bit of a slump with my weight-loss as well, so I&#039;ll definitely be joining you guys for the Awesome by August challenge!

		<description>So glad you are back, way to go getting back into running, looks like you have a good plan there to get you working toward that marathon.

You didn&#039;t gain it all back, that&#039;s awesome.  Well maybe not for you but for me until my last diet I gained it back and then some.  The last time I lost 50 pounds I gained back 25 over 3 years before I started dieting again, I think this was a breakthrough, maybe I&#039;m fooling myself.  But if you have always gained it all back and then some I do think it&#039;s progress and every little step in the right direction helps. 

So you had a bad couple of months at least you didn&#039;t give up entirely, welcome back :)
