		<description>I just finished up my merryworkout... since i&#039;m training to speedwalk a half marathon in September, I decided to do a half-half today (6.4 miles) and see what my speed was, then cool-down walk the rest of my time.  Made the 6.7 in 1hr 39 minutes, which is (if I can maintain that for a double distance) a good time to finish the Half marathon in the 4 hour time limit that the race has.  Then I walked another mile or so cool down and finished up...
