This past weekend I completed another round of the Weekend Warriors Challenge. It was not an official challenge this time around, but was done in support of Craig. Equally as important though, as I need all the help I can when it comes to my weekends.

Let’s see how I did!
Run/Walk/Jog 20 miles. Success! Woohoo! I completed an 11.82 run on Saturday and a 9.01 walk on Sunday. So…20.83 miles! Score!!! I wish I could have made Sunday another run, but my knee was bugging me and I didn’t want to chance screwing up anything. Running will resume today!
One round of Yoga. Fail! I didn’t get a chance to do this, so boo!
Average 1800 calories a day. Uhh… I think I did this, but I wasn’t really tracking my calories as originally planned. I stuck with small meals, cooked those meals, and curtailed the snacking, so yeah, I think I got this.
I have a weigh in tomorrow, and judging by how the scale has been treating me this week, I’m actually kind of excited. It’s been awhile, but I really do think I am back on track.
How was your weekend? Did you succeed at your goals?
Have a great day, everyone!
20 miles on the weekend, go you! Nice work on the food too. 2 out of 3 isn’t bad. Weekends are my planned splurge, I eat my one meal out on Saturday night but other than that I did well. I ran 5 miles this morning, which is the longest run in my entire life, which felt awesome. And I lost a pound this week which made me do a happy dance.

Nice job! Sounds like a good weekend overall. As far as yoga goes, I’ve never even considered it. … by the way, it looks like CommentLuv will work. Apparently the “http” is needed.

Fabulous work! I posted about my weekend too. Thanks for helping to keep me motivated
Awesome job…not a fail…only a re-adjustment needed.
My weekend was fabulous, thanks for asking!
It was nonstop craziness and I never did get around to my Friday post. Oops. I’ll make up for it today.
You had a fabulous running weekend, for sure! I got a good amount of yoga in this weekend – it was much needed! As for your caloric gray area, hey – it happens. Your runs make up for it!!!
Wow, that run alone (and the total twenty miles) in one weekend is really impressive! Fantastic job!
I am finding that tracking my food is the thing I hate the MOST and cannot do it consistently. Big FAIL on my part.
Keep up the great work!
You are a BEAST!!! love it, I come here and really get motivated to up my game!
I will be posting my weekend shortly
Great job, Steve.

So proud of you Steve. I cannot even fathom running that much. You have motivated me to go out tonight, look at different home gyms, and purchase one (online because it’s cheaper)! I want to have a success story like yours… ::big hugs::
Way to go. You are so inspiring. I need a swift kick in the you know what to stay on track myself. I did get to the gym on Saturday and ran 2.5 miles and did the eliptical for 30 minutes. I burned 600 calories. Not bad. My problem was eating this weekend. I was horrible yet again. Too many activities this weekend to stay focused on me. Next weekend is my sister’s wedding so hopefully all will be back to normal come the 18th. Keep it up.
Great job on everything–esp your running! WOW WOW WOW!! Can’t wait to see your weigh-in. I hope the scale is good to you!!
I think it’s awesome that you can Craig did a repeat of the challenge – nice work guys! Overall I had a pretty good weekend, finished W2D1 of C25K without too much trouble, so I was very happy about that!
