		<description>I&#039;m totally in for this!!!  yeah!  This is what I&#039;m going to do this weekend:

1.  Do my third C25K workout tonight or on Saturday.  I am going to follow it with 30 minutes of biking and 15 minutes of upper body work.
2.  I am going 100% water only for drinks from the time that I write this post to Sunday at midnight (excluding my daily pre-workout protein shake).  I&#039;ve been drinking too much coffee as of late.
3.  I am going to take my daughter on another late night walk like  I did last week.

		<description>My son and I are taking our first trip to the zoo (we usually LIVE there during the summer since I have a pass thru work) this weekend, so I will be walking alot. I&#039;m going to set a walking goal! I love yoga, and my hips and quads are really tight, so I need to get some done this weekend!!! I&#039;m glad we&#039;re in this together, buddy!!!</description>
