This is only because I want you to head over to A Merry Life and help Mary with her with her workout pledge.

For every comment, Mary will spend 30 seconds on the treadmill (or will walk outside if the weather is nice).

Oh, and I pledged to match her pledge, so any torture brought onto her will be brought onto me as well.
