Reading your post, I realized how much setting great goals can change your perspective.  Even if you&#039;re behind where you think you should be, stop and realize how much you&#039;ve done.  It&#039;s awesome.

I think I need to be setting bigger goals.  Last year, I did &quot;Climb Miami&quot;, 1210 stairs.  It really kicked my butt, but it felt great to accomplish something.  I haven&#039;t set any for 2010, and it&#039;s time.</description>

You&#039;re doing great on your goals.  I had a lower loss week 2 as well and stated that I feel like those poor people on the Biggest Loser who always seem to have slow week 2s.  Here&#039;s to a better Week 3 for all of us!</description>
