Mornin’ ya’ll…hope everyone had an excellent weekend!

Here’s how mine went down, in BULLET form (thanks Jessie :) )

  • Felt like crap Saturday morning, and had a nagging headache all day.  Didn’t work out, but went to the Gettysburg Outlet w/ my roommate so he could do some clothes shopping (i’m not ready for all that yet).  For reasons for which I still don’t understand, we ended up buying $25 worth of chocolate at a shop up there.  It’s good chocolate, but $25 worth, damn!
  • Saturday night was spent at Applebees, had a couple beers, boneless wings and a cheeseburger.  Roommate almost got into a fight w/ some jackass at the bar, but once that subsided it was enjoyable.  Afterwards went back home and I fell asleep watching Food Inc (ugh).
  • Was 99.9% better on Sunday, so I went to the gym in the morning, knocked out some more treadmill time and about 30 minutes on the ARC Trainer, WooT.
  • Went home, had breakfast, studied a bit for a test I have today (cringe), went to go see 2012 (awesome movie if I love disaster porn, which I DO!), had a light dinner, and watched my Sunday night shows (Amazing Race, Family Guy, American Dad, Brothers and Sisters).

And here we are now, yeah, my life is pretty boring, but it works for me.  My only regret is that I didn’t really post any of my calories on Twitter.  I’ll start up again w/ that today though.

Not looking forward to my test (its for a Business Management class I’m taking) especially since I have pretty much BSed my way through the class so far…oooooh well.

Weigh in tomorrow, scale is being nice to me so far, let’s see if it keeps cooperating. Until then, TTFN!

#4 What kind of chocolate? Eat a piece for me.
#5 Good for you for getting back into the gym on Sunday! I love Sunday workouts it feels good starting Monday off with a workout under your belt!
#6 I have only done 10 of the 15 miles and today is my last day to get it accomplished. :( Sucks!!! I missed 2 gym days last week, so that really set me back, especially b/c I don’t just do the treadmill when I am at the gym. DAMMIT HAROLD. How many more miles did you get the week?

  2. #1 … Happy Monday (UGH!) to you too!
    #2 … Thanks!!!!!
#3 … I hate college, but I want to finish my bachelors. I already have my associates in Paralegal Studies, and for some stupid reason I’m still contemplating law/grad school…SUCK!
#4 … We got chocolate w/ malt filling, peanut butter filling, and caramel filling, and we got a free box w/ the order…W…T…F…its soooo good though :-P
#5 … I love them too, I kinda wish I spent a little more time on the ARC Trainer, but 60 minutes on the treadmill kicked my ass
#6 … Congrats on 10 miles so far, that.is.awesome.!!!! Unless my math sucks (which it does) I have done about 13.5 miles so far, and I can kill off that last 1.5 miles easily today. WooT WooT!

  3. Good luck on your test! When I saw your twitter update about your Sunday workout I was like DAAAAAMN! It inspired me to get up and workout too. So thanks :)
Glad the fight was just an “almost” occurance…can’t wait to see your results, I’m sending you good thoughts for a big loss!

  4. I’m terrified to watch Food Inc because I know after it’s done all I’ll want to do is start my own farm and only eat things that I’ve grown.

It’s on the Net Flix queue though, so maybe next week I’ll get around to watching it…after finishing Season 3 of the Wire.
