I feel like crap.
I woke up early yesterday b/c I had to cover for my supervisor at work, and despite going to bed fairly early the night before, I felt run down and all around sh*tty. I trudged through, only to be greeted with a sh*tastic headache when I was coming home. So I didn’t work out (probably could have used a rest day anyway) and slept off and on throughout the evening.
This morning I feel a LITTLE better, but the headache remains. I couldn’t even turn in my bed w/o it hurting. U..G..H..
Unless the headache goes away I won’t be working out today either, I can and will work through alot of things, but any attempt to workout in the past while having a headache resulted in my brain feeling like it was going to explode.
I just think I’m getting sick, which I’m surprised hasn’t happened yet, especially since my roommate was blessed with the whole H1N1 funtime thing a few weeks ago. Everyone ELSE in my life says that I am overexerting myself with my workouts. I can know if I really believe that, but if so, a couple days of rest will probably be a good thing anyway (except that I feel lazy and really want to do SOMETHING).
At least Hurricane Ida is finally heading out, maybe we can get some sunshine soon (we only got rain in Baltimore, none of that other hurricaney crap).
