Drumroll please…………………

Progress Report: Week 1
Weight: 259 pounds
BMI: 37.2

This is turning out to be a GREAT day so far, I lost 6 pounds, and I had my first comment and I have actual subscribers to the RSS feed, so someone IS reading this…WOOHOO! Thanks Jessie, and everyone else too!!!!

That scale shocked me, to be honest.  I’ve been working out almost everyday, but I’m not watching the food intake as much as I should (freakin’ stuffed shells, garlic bread, and pumpkin pie last night..for example). But…I’ll take it! I know the intensity jump helped with my workout, just imagine what would happen if I kept that up AND watched my food intake closer.

With that said, I’m going to set a goal for myself to burn 10,000 calories this week on the ARC Trainer. I’ll be doing other exercise too, but the ARC Trainer seems to be my best bet cardio wise right now.

WOOHOO!!!!!!

  1. GREAT JOB! Durn, 6 pounds???? Dude, I WISH I could lose 6 pounds in a week. Way to go!!!!! That is so great, what a motivation seeing that scale take a plunge, huh? :)
